Spunky is Rocko's Miniature Bull Terrier. He has a very high-pitched bark and wags his tail a lot. He's not too bright and will eat anything on sight! Rocko loves him dearly and will go to great lengths to protect Spunky if he is in danger or about to do something stupid. Spunky is also the home of two parasites, Bloaty and Squirmy.
